Pick Your Own Apples and Pumpkins

Even if you grew up far from the countryside, the crisp fall air and the changing color of the leaves seems to awaken a primal urge to harvest. Visit our farm and do what comes naturally...

There's no better way to enjoy the bountiful fall harvest than picking your own pumpkins right out of the patch. We grow a mixture of Spoon gourds, Jack-O-Lanterns, Goose gourds, Neck pumpkins and many more. Take a walk through the patch; you never know what you'll find. Maybe even the Great Pumpkin!

Our apples are grown on special dwarf trees so there's no need to climb ladders. Many varieties of apples are available. When you arrive at the orchard each variety will be marked with a descriptive sign. Check out the Pick-Your-Own harvest schedule to make sure you don't miss your favorite.

We provide the containers so all you need to bring is your family. First time pickers are treated extra special. Our friendly knowledgeable team will show you how easy it is to pick apples. You'll be an expert in no time. This is a great opportunity to let your children and grandchildren see where their food comes from (Hint: it's not the grocery store shelf). Help them make the connection between the stuff in your refrigerator and the soil it came from. And don't forget the camera!

Be sure to pick some extras to share with your friends, co-workers, family and neighbors. Pick-Your-Own is a great escape from your busy life. It's fun for the whole family for a fraction of the cost of going to a theme park. And when you return home you can continue the fun by baking apple pies, grinding up applesauce and carving pumpkins.

Once you've finished picking, enjoy the cool crisp autumn air by taking a walk on our six miles of walking paths, or a picnic lunch in the orchard or at one of our pavilions. Before heading home, don't forget to stop by the farm market and take home some yummie apple cider and apple butter.
There's no better way to get into the fall spirit than Pick-Your-Own!
