Media Inquiries

This news and media page is intended to assist visitors to our web site, including the media, with finding information about the Masonic Villages. The Public Relations Department is responsible for arranging and coordinating all visitations of media personnel to the Masonic Villages for any reason. We will make every effort to provide prompt and accurate information to the media. While we will cooperate sincerely, fairly and honestly with all news media, resident care and services, the privacy of our constituents and organizational operations remain our highest priority.

The following information will not be given without prior consent from the resident, employee, customer or volunteer:
- The individual's location within the Masonic Village campus
- The individual's age, health condition, medical treatment/records or employment records
- Information about a resident, employee, volunteer or customer under the age of 18 will be released only after written consent from the minor's parent(s) or legal guardian
