Vicki L. Gillmore, Executive Director, Masonic Village at Elizabethtown

Vicki Gillmore, RN, PhD., NHA, has served as Executive Director of the Masonic Village at Elizabethtown since 2011. She served as the Administrator of Health Care Services from 1997 through 2010. She recently retired after 27 years as a part-time assistant professor in the nursing program at Millersville University.

Prior to her position at Masonic Village, Dr. Gillmore was director of medical management for Keystone Health Plan Central, Camp Hill; vice president of the nursing division at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg; cardiovascular clinical nurse specialist and assistant director of Nursing at St. Joseph Hospital, Lancaster; and critical care coordinator at Community Hospital of Lancaster.

Dr. Gillmore is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society; Order of Eastern Star, Elizabethtown Chapter No. 407; and the Board of Directors of Kairos Health Systems. She is
vice president of the Nightingale Awards of PA.
