Sale Benefits Artists Sharing Their Passion

Elizabethtown, Pa. - Original works of art produced by residents of Masonic Village will be on display and available for purchase on Sun., Dec. 4, from 12 - 3 p.m., in the Art Gallery of the Masonic Village's Freemasons Cultural Center. The Masonic Village Resident Art Association invites community members to this special Pre-Holiday Sale which offers gifts for all ages and budgets. With pieces ranging in price from $5 to $25, subjects include landscapes, flowers, people, animals and decorative patterns. The artists each have a unique style, and together, they offer custom-painted canvases, prints, glassware, slate panels, posy bags and just about anything else this group of talented artists can get their hands on.

All proceeds will benefit the Resident Art Association, whose members provide free lessons and supplies for Masonic Village residents and staff; the Masonic Children's Home, which provides a stable living environment for 40 community children; and the Bleiler Caring Cottage, a home for eight adults with mild to moderate developmental disabilities. In addition, the painted ceiling tiles and faux window the association designed and donated to the Masonic Health Care Center have brought color to the lives of residents living there.
