William J. Prazenica, Chief Financial Officer

William J. Prazenica, C.P.A., is Chief Financial Officer. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He had been employed by Masonic Homes as Controller from 1979 until May 1992, and has served in his current position since that date.

He received his bachelor's degree in 1976 from Clarion University in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Prazenica serves as a board member and treasurer for the following: Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Foundation, Northwest Emergency Medical Services, Inc., I.L.C. Corporation, Pa. Acacia Insurance Company (Vermont Captive) and Acacia Services, LLC.

He is a member of the Abraham C. Treichler Lodge No. 682.
