1. Who is eligible, and what are the criteria for admission to retirement living?

Anyone age 60 and older may apply. For married couples, one spouse needs to be age 60 and the other needs to be at least age 55. Applicants must maintain health, safety and financial requirements of tenancy. For additional eligibility requirements, call the Marketing Office at (866) 851-4243.

Yes. Our staff is available to discuss your personal financial situation with you throughout the transition process.

3. How much time do I have to move from my current home to Masonic Village after I select my new home?

You will have three to four months, and Masonic Village has various resources which may assist you in the transition.

4. What added financial security does Masonic Village offer to residents?

Masonic Village provides support to those individuals who may no longer be able to afford their services at some point in the future for reasons beyond their control. We require you to maintain your eligibility for Medicaid and other third-party reimbursements to help cover the cost of your services.

5. Will my monthly service fee or rental fee increase in the future?

Typically, yes. In order to maintain our high quality services, we generally increase our fees annually; however, you would receive a 60-day notice of any such change.

6. As a resident, will I receive priority access to health care services at other Masonic Village locations, both on a short-term and long-term basis, should I need them in the future?

Yes. You receive priority access to personal care and nursing services at other Masonic Village locations across the state on a fee-for-service basis if your medical condition(s) meet the criteria for admission. Priority access agreements also have been established with local and regional multilevel care facilities on a fee-for-service basis.

7. Is there sufficient parking for more than one automobile?

Yes. We encourage you to maintain one or more of your automobiles if you wish.

8. What is your pet policy?

Pets, up to two, are permitted. Contact us for specific guidelines based on your preferred living accommodation.
